Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Cookie orders require a 5–7 day turnaround, depending on design complexity. For content projects (UGC), turnaround time will be discussed during project planning and varies by scope.
Q: Do you ship cookies?
A: Yes! Cookies can be shipped anywhere in the U.S. Once a shipping label is created, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. While I do my best to package your order carefully, I can’t guarantee against delays or breakage during transit.
Q: Are your cookies made in a licensed kitchen?
A: No. I’m a home based baker working under Wisconsin’s Cottage Food Law. Cookies are made in a private home, kitchen not subject to state inspections. Ingredient and allergen info is listed on all packaging.
Q: What is UGC?
A: UGC stands for User-Generated Content: short, relatable videos or photos created by real people (like me!) to help brands authentically promote their products on social media, websites, and more.
Q: How can I work with you on a UGC project?
A: You can fill out the Brand Intake Form on my site! I offer both gifted and paid options. Once I know what you’re looking for, I’ll confirm availability, pricing, and turnaround time.
Q: What if I’m not local but want to order cookies?
A: Not a problem! I ship to any U.S. address. If you’re local to Green Bay, you can choose free pickup or delivery and select a date/time at checkout.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: For cookies: No, sales tax is not required on cookies for local orders in Brown County, Wisconsin, per state guidelines.
For Craver Creatives: Yes, Wisconsin requires sales tax on certain digital services. If you’re located in Wisconsin, a state sales tax will be applied to custom UGC (user-generated content) services like videos or digital downloads. If you’re located outside of Wisconsin, no sales tax will be charged.
